These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fulgor Labs ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Resume Pilot mobile application and any related services (together, "the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area, where that is the applicable minimum age) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You confirm that you are not barred from using the App under the laws of your country of residence.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, for your own job-seeking and career purposes.
Documents you create with the App — resumes, CVs and cover letters — are yours, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in your own job search. This licence covers the App itself, not the content you produce with it.
You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute the App; remove any proprietary notice; or use the App to build a competing product.
You own everything you put into Resume Pilot. Your resume content, work history, cover letters and notes remain yours. We claim no ownership of them and acquire no licence to use them for any purpose other than operating the features you actively request.
Because your content is stored on your own device rather than on our servers, we have no access to it. We do not read it, mine it, or use it to train any model.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you enter. You confirm that the information you put in your resume is truthful and that you have the right to use it — including, for example, the right to describe work you actually did.
You are also responsible for keeping your own backups. Since your data lives only on your device, losing, resetting or damaging that device may permanently lose your resumes. Export the files you care about.
The App uses artificial intelligence to draft bullet points, summaries, cover letters, interview questions and tailoring suggestions. You should understand how that works before relying on it.
Content you submit to an AI feature is processed by a third-party provider as described in Section 04 of our Privacy Policy. AI features require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable, rate-limited, or slow.
The App gives your resume a score out of 100 with a breakdown and suggested fixes. This score is our own guidance, calculated from published best practice for Applicant Tracking Systems and general resume-writing conventions.
Likewise, our "ATS-safe" templates are designed with parser-friendly, single-column layouts to reduce the risk of parsing problems. We cannot guarantee how any specific employer's software will behave.
Resume Pilot is a document-creation and productivity tool. We do not guarantee any employment outcome.
We make no promise that using the App will result in an interview, a job offer, employment, a salary increase, or any response at all from an employer. Hiring decisions depend on your qualifications, experience, the role, the employer, the market, and many other factors entirely outside our control.
Nothing in the App constitutes legal, career, financial or immigration advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
The App is free to download and use, with certain features limited on the free tier. Resume Pilot Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks all templates, unlimited AI generation and unlimited exports.
Any free allowances (such as a free first export) are provided at our discretion and may change in future versions.
You agree not to use the App to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the App if you breach these rules.
The App, including its software, design, templates, layouts, scoring logic, text, graphics, the Resume Pilot name and logo, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Fulgor Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
Your licence to use the templates is limited to producing your own documents with them. You may not extract, redistribute, resell or repackage the templates or any other part of the App as a standalone product or as part of another product or service.
The App relies on third-party services, including an AI processing provider and the app store you downloaded it from. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, content or practices of any third party. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, changes its terms, or discontinues, the affected features of the App may change or stop working.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that defects will be corrected; that AI output or the resume score will be accurate or suitable; or that the App will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulgor Labs and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, employment opportunity or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This expressly includes any loss of resume data stored on your device, and any employment outcome you did or did not obtain.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fulgor Labs and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights — including any claim relating to the accuracy or content of a resume you created and submitted.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling removes it.
We may suspend or terminate your licence immediately if you materially breach these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the App, or any of its features, at any time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 04, 06, 07, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 18 — will continue to apply.

Where you obtained the App from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Fulgor Labs only, and Google is not responsible for the App. Your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, our providers, or legal requirements. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised Terms at this URL, and where appropriate notify you in-app.
Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Islamabad shall have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, which we do not seek to remove.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
